Hi Mr. Arrow,Thanks for chapter 2 of Foster Kids. I enjoyed most of it a great deal. I am not into poop, but see how it had to become part of the story. You have created a very unique character in Stacy. In a lot of ways she reminds me of my sister when she was that age. I noticed on the home page a question mark beside chapter 3. I hope this does not mean that chapter 3 is a maybe. There must be a chapter 3, as well as other chapters dealing with the island and the experiences the girls have there. I do hope that Stacy gets adopted, I know she is destined for other roads, but it would still be nice. My goodness would you really not feature some doggie love? What is Kimberly to do? Gina the little vixen, what will be her "special talent"? Will Wendy marry a client from the island? Will Tonya become the youngest member of the motorcycle gang "Dykes on Bikes"? Will Pete and Veronica form a commune for boys and girls under the age of 12? It is these questions and others that need, no! Demand answers.
As a side note the wife has agreed with me that as part of giving back to our community we will become Foster Parents. She was very hesitant when I first brought the idea to her. Of course you made me see that being Foster Parents was something that destiny held for me. When I informed the wife that not only would we be providing a home, and love to pre-teen girls (7-11). As part of our commitment to giving back to the community we would also be Foster Parents to young boys (14-17). When my wife realized that we would not only provide a home to young girls, but boys as well. She quickly jump on board with the Foster Parent program. She also informed me that she would have to spend weekends camping with the boys as I am not the outdoor type, while she is. She also told me that these children we would be taking care of may never experienced a true vacation. That a 3-4 week cross-country road trip in our RV would give "her" boys memories of a life time. Visiting places like Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon, and Mount Rushmore would be such a special gift to "her" boys, she has already started the planning. She told me that since I was the sailor in the family I should think about teaching "the girls" to sail. A great idea, if I can get more than a weekend off work. Regardless I and my wife are standing up and taking the responsibility of becoming Foster Parents for those boys and girls and that need us the most.
Our paperwork has been submitted, we are awaiting interviews as well as a home visit. I will keep you posted on our progress if you like.
Mr. Arrow, I want you to think about the good you have done. Giving me the idea of becoming a Foster Parent and all the good and love that will come from that. You sir are truly a saint.
